Kristen brings more than 30 years of consulting and technology transformation experience to organizations navigating complex change. Her work spans program direction, PMO and EPMO leadership, portfolio governance, and enterprise technology delivery.
She has led programs with budgets from $10M to $40M and teams ranging from small specialist groups to 250 people. Her experience crosses healthcare, government programs, telecommunications, utilities, and enterprise business functions.
She connects executive priorities with delivery realities: defining accountability, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and creating the governance needed to make decisions and sustain progress.

Enterprise experience includes Oracle EBS and PeopleSoft procurement processes, Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, data governance, integration and migration, and M&A Day 1 and Day 100 planning.
Agile transformation work dates to 2013 and includes value stream launches, Lean Portfolio Management, and delivery operating models. Automation experience includes UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Alteryx.
Recent hands-on platform development adds a practical perspective on digital products, workflow integration, and AI-enabled ways of working.
